Incorrect item from CEX

Hi all
Just wondering what my rights are with an online order from CEX. I ordered 2 box sets from CEX those of gundam seed destiny. What arrived was gundam seed that was sold as gundam seed destiny. They even had the order tickets as gundam seed destiny on the gundam seed boxes. Now according to the website in order to send them back I have to pay for the postage back to them. My question is can I get that money back from them as it was not the item that I ordered.

Have you contacted them using their online contact service?
Send them a message stating the problem and ask them to send you a prepaid postage label.

It looks like the info on their website is just for returning change of mind items and not incorrect or faulty goods.
