I am so shocked by the terrible advice there, seeing that a few posters here got so fed up with the posts from the victim of a scam parking firm that you told him/her to stop posting and 'just pay it off', that I've started this thread to point people to post on this board instead:

A plea to the regulars here, and I see one or two posters did try:

Please, please tell people whose CCJ is from any parking firm, to post on the parking tickets board above for advice on setting the CCJ aside, regardless of facts about the parking event, regardless of the more judgemental posters thinking (wrongly) that any private parking charges are justified and legit.

Thanks and please do come over and see for yourselves.  Read any CCJ set aside threads on that board and you will see CCJs set aside, then the claims almost all discontinued when the parking firms are rumbled.  The rest go to hearings and 99% of posters on that board win.
