Invigilators

I work in a school as an exams invigilator I have been doing this since 2017. I go into school when needed for all public exams and mock exams. I work throughout the year but sometimes only 1 week a month so my hours are not the same each month. My question is what benefits can I apply for, if any. I have a private pension coming in but I am not getting state pension yet (I am one of those millions of women that lost out when the pension age was changed).

Are you getting enough from your private pension to live off? Is there anyone else in the household who receives pension/salary/ benefits?0

Invigilator work is basically zero hours contract with no actual promise of any work ( but in reality you do get work )
You are very unlikely to get furlough from the school to enable you to claimEx forum ambassador

If needed look at eligibility for Universal Credit https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/.
There are online calculators to help you assess entitlement https://www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators
Be aware that claiming UC will end any Tax Credits, Housing Benefit or other means tested benefits you currently get.
You will be excluded from UC if you have savings over £16,000.
Your pension income will be taken fully into account.
You may also be able to claim Council Tax Reduction from your local council
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
