BA Refund - YESSSS

Checked my VISA account this morning and amazed to see a full refund for our flights and hotel, departing to Athens at the end of April. BA had told us the flights were cancelled but we expected a massive delay in receiving anything and even then only vouchers to be offered. Hope many of you waiting and hoping for a cash refund have a similar surprise.

BA are not making it possible for me to claim a refund. The number I call is a recording saying go online. When I go online it says to call them. The website allows for rebooking of the flights only.
Any suggestions for a way around this? My flight was scheduled for April 23rd and was cancelled 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing from them since then.0 -
what number are you using? Last week I held for 40 mins then refund dealt with promptly.0
