Most companies use many couriers.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1

I'll bite. Hermes have delivered a number of parcels to me and they have been reliable and punctual.1

Me too! My regular two Hermes delivery/collection ladies are excellent and totally reliable.Sending stuff via Hermes, both drop off and collection, has not highlighted any issues. They lost a parcel once and I received full compensation for that, because the extra had been paid when booking.Love or hate, neither.1
