I use Symbio for electricity (11.45p/kWh) - the most incompetent supplier I've ever encountered but the cheapest. If you don't interact with them, things seem to go OK. Their website is utter rubbish, it graphs their wild estimates as your consumption and looks like it was created by a blindfolded monkey. As well as being the cheapest, their incompetence extends to a fundamental flaw in their billing algorithm which means you can get a day's free electricity each month by submitting your readings a day late! However, you will need a PhD in mathematics to understand the bills.I use Gulf for gas (2.37p/kWh) - cheap and efficient. A lovely slick website with real figures on its graphs. Highly recommended.1
