Hellllppppppppp

Hi,
I am now in isolation, thanks to Martin waiting for a large ish sum (to me) some from RBS on PPI, but before the crisis (I sign doc's early Feb), they still haven't paid out and keep giving blah blah blah when I call,  I am now getting desperate....an need the 10k+ they owe me, which would be handy, but they wont pay and this has been ongoing for over 6 weeks....although they say interest will be added...currently that is pants to me....it just seems they are pulling a fast one as they don't want to pay, and now how knows!!!....sorry all....a bit of off loading too

Thanks
Si

Fear not.  There's no fast one being pulled

They want to pay you more than you want to be paid as it costs them more every day.

Unfortunately, they were swamped with the last minute deluge of complaints and there have been some recent world events which means things have ground to a halt.

    But it'll come.

I'm sure he didn't cause that!

but they wont pay and this has been ongoing for over 6 weeks

6 weeks is not slow following the last minute rush.

.it just seems they are pulling a fast one as they don't want to pay, and now how knows!!!.

They are not pulling a fast one.   People had 16 years to put in a complaint. However, there was a last-minute rush fro the deadline and it created large queues.   And the coronavirus slows it up even more as its a non-critical area.
