You're allowed two jobs.
You must do no work for the employer that furloughs you.
Your employment contract must allow you to have a second job.
Whether your employer furloughs you is entirely at their discretion, they can choose not to.0 -
Getting a new job while on furlough may effect your money from your old employer. Its still not 100% clear, but I was looking at doing the same and have decided to wait because if you get it wrong you may have to pay it back.0

I'm a HGV driver and was looking at doing the same. As far as I see if you had 2 jobs before 1st March then its ok .If you work for agency its different again .If you had 1 job and your employer furlough you it is not 100% that it will not effect the furlough payment from your employer. Until the government say that you can which they have not said clearly enough yet.0

I think you are saying that if you take on another job it is treated as part of the job you're being furloughed from, because you work through an agency? I understand your caution and I suggest you put the question to the person who pays your wage.0

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/claim-for-wage-costs-through-the-coronavirus-job-retention-schemeThis scheme is only for employees on agency contracts who are not working.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -
Can someone in the furlough scheme do work for other employers?
Possibly. The guidance is clear that agency workers will only be eligible for the scheme if they are not working. The wording of the guidance suggests that working elsewhere may not be an absolute barrier to other types of employee being furloughed, but it is not entirely clear

Perhaps that revolves around fraud prevention as presumably one could have been working for a client through one agency, been furloughed by that agency, then started working with another agent and supplied the very same client doing the same work but now getting furlough plus wage?
Would that have been possible without an exclusion?0
