Overdue refund from netflights from before covid

Hi all, does anyone know anything about how I could get in touch with netflights? They are not replying to emails and the phone numbers just cut off after saying they are helping people in resorts. I get they are busy but my current situation is.....
hotel booked in dec for £290 in Las Vegas
got a free offer in jan direct from the hotel
called netflights who confirmed I can cancel for refund (see attached email) on feb 14th.
They stated that it may take 28 days for the refund, it’s now been 48 days but still no refund.
Any ideas on how can I get hold of them or what I should do?
