Can anybody tell me how far do con29 searches with the local authority go back? How many years? Trying to find any info on building regulations for a attic room done in the early 90s.

I think the answer will depend on the local authority. Though whether or not works carried out over a quarter of a century ago were certified as having complied with building regulations probably isn't all that relevant anyway.0
