Hi FTB here
Me and my husband are about to sign the mortgage deed and the Land Registry Transfer of the Title.
We could not get hold of our solicitor so I will ask whoever has the knowledge.
Do we need a separate witness for each of our signature or one witness is sufficient enough for all the documents we need to sign?
My 17 year old son needs a witness too.
Your immediate response will be appreciated
