DHL non delivery

DHL claim "unable to locate the delivery address from the information provided by the sender". This is the second excuse I have had in two days. The first reason was "unable to deliver as our driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address". How can they find me one day and not the next. I live in a town with normal roads and never had this problem before. According to the confimatory purchase email from the supplier they have my address correct. I have asked the supplier what address he used and am still waiting for a response.

If I asked for redelivery to my neighbours address am I depriving myself of any right to make a claim if I never get my parcel. I paid via paypal as the purchase price was less than £100 so no credit card coverage.

Not yet as I am still waiting for the supplier to respond to yesterday's email about the delivery address he used. Is this the wrong thing to do?

DHL may not talk to you, they want you to talk to the supplier. I'd give it another day, we have an address that confuses the not-too-bright but the couriers always find someone who can manage it in the end.
