Yes.
If you currently have more than one employer
You can be put on furlough by one employer and continue to work for another, if it is permitted within your employment contract.
If you’re put on furlough by more than one employer, you’ll receive separate payments from each employer. The 80% of your normal wage up to a £2,500 monthly cap applies to each job.

Morning everyone, I am hoping someone may be able to assist me.
I am possibly looking at a part-time job with a contract, would I still be allowed to work within the 'gig' economy that I currently in?
For 6 months now I have had to claim UC due to lack of work being scheduled to me and am unable to afford Mortgage etc.
The owner of the restaurant has told other staff members they are not allowed to work anywhere else and have threatened to sack them. I'm getting tired of the owner, managers threatening me, morale is at an all time low, staff are not turning up for work.
I would declare both my earnings to HMRC. Am I legally allowed to? TY0 -
Legally you can do so. If your employer is so unhappy with this, he may decide to sack you. His argument could be that you will be unable to work for him at a moments notice if you are working elsewhere.Teressa_Broddle said:Morning everyone, I am hoping someone may be able to assist me.
