Facetime wont answer calls

in Techie Stuff
on facetime we have found we can make calls ok but when someone calls us the green answer but is not responsive. What could be wrong? What can we do?

Call them back is the simple answer, are you talking iphone(version) or ipad(version) or any other iDontHaveaClueMC

Ipad mini 2, ios 12.4.6 I think. Wifi only. We havent really used facetime much but recently my dad has been using it to video call my aunty. Calling her works but when she calls us the green answering button is unresponsive and as a result it just keeps ringing.debitcardmayhem said:donnajunkie said:
