This has nothing to do with the virus.
2 months ago I booked 3 stays in a hotel in May and June for 5 days each.
I paid fully and TR sent me the 3 vouchers.
I rang the hotel and they said they have not received any of the vouchers and I cannot stay with them.
I even sent them by email the 3 vouchers.
I have been using TR for 20 years and never had this problem.
I emailed them a week ago and have understandably not received a reply yet.
I don't understand why TR has not sent my vouchers which I have paid for in full.

Look at your vouchers. Who is actually the supplier? It won’t be Trip Advisor.
The Hotels are sent your booking reservation, not a voucher. Notification may not however be sent to them of your name until shortly before your stay.1 -

My booking voucher with TR isACM/19375112
Then it says
Your travel provider's booking reference is: YAC/18076489
But I don't know after using TR for 20 years, it is the first hotel who has said they have not received the voucher from TR and will not let me stay and I have fully paid.

I would imagine that the “YAC” code will signify the supplier or intermediary of the booking but I am afraid it is not one I recognise.
Not all booking reservations go immediately to a hotel. It is quite possible the intermediary holds a room allotment and may not release the guest names of those sold rooms within the allotment block until shortly before arrival. The hotel therefore doesn’t appear to hold a booking under your name but instead may be holding say 10 rooms for Bedbank X with names TBC.
Did the hotel actually say you could not stay (they are closed or local restrictions are not permitting guests), or did they just say they could not find your reservation under your name?
Unless you are intending to look to cancel, in which case you need to check what rate type you booked, there is likely nothing to worry about at this stage. The hotel will receive detail and your names anything between 3-21 days before checkin date.2 -

I don't know why I put Trip Advisor as the subject. I meant to put Travel Republic.
They just said they have not received any vouchers. I just assumed if I turned up at the hotel with my voucher printed out, they would say we haven't received anything so you cannot stay.
Do you know when a hotel actually receives the money for bookings from companies like TR if someone stays.
Also, how much of a percentage of the booking does the travel company take?

Well that makes a bit more sense. A booking through Travel Republic would be normal, one through Trip Advisor not so.
That YAC code might refer to Dnata/Travel Republic's sister company Yalago which is a bed bank.
The hotel does not receive a voucher like the one you have, they receive your reservation details.
Payments will be structured in different ways depending on the contracted arrangements and agreement that Dnata have with the hotelier or inventory supplier. It could be made in prior to arrival, payment attached to the reservation in the form of a virtual credit card with draw down at check-in or check-out, or they may have credit facilities and pay 30 days post stay.
