Hi, I paid up front for a gym membership using my debit card. I didn’t use this membership because of Covid 19 restrictions. Now the gym has gone into insolvency. Is there a means of getting my money back?

How long since you joined? Any chance you could raise a chargeback claim?0

There is a chargeback right.
It will be based on the length of the contract and how many months you have had available.
So if it was 12 months & you paid £120 for the year, but you only got 2 months you would be looking at a £100 refund. So long as Gym did not contest it.Life in the slow lane0
