Anyone used Victoria Plum for a recent bathroom installation?

Hi guys,
We are currently renovating our first house and are looking to have a new bathroom and cloakroom installed.
W
had a quote for a new bathroom from Wickes which we weren't overalls happy with - cheap produce with expensive installation - and have had a quote from an independent plumber who seems to mark up the cost of the products from a supplier and charge through the roof for installation - so not ideal overall.
I've then recently had a quote from Victoria Plum for all items and installation which seems really reasonable. We've not gone for budget items (cast iron bath etc) and are still within budget.
Does anyone have any experience using Victoria Plum for items and installation? Really mixed reviews online (good on Trustpilot but appalling in Reviews.co.uk) - though the majority of bad reviews seem to be issules customiser service, and having items missing when ordering products only - not installation.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Like any big supplier, you will get different qualities of fitter. They are subcontractors and each one will be different, so the quality of fitting will be entirely dependent on who turns up.Frankly, I wouldn't touch Victoria Plum's brassware with a bargepole. It does not last.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
