Has anybody had a statement from TSB classic account in the last month, I usually get one on or about the 9th of the month but I've had nothing?

Post or on line ? My on line statement was there as usual last week.

Online fine.
In their monthly email stating you have new correspondence I wish they'd state it was, just, a statement.4 -
Sorry should have said, online and yes it would be much better to say the statement was ready instead of "you have a message".

My last one is 11 March1

Got mine on the 31st. They should really just make them available in the app.2

Strange, neither me or my wife have had a statement for February/March.

I don't think I will ever fathom the workings of TSB's online banking system, I have now received a statement for the 2 month period covering half of February all of March and half of April, whether it is because I only use the account for the interest on the £1500 I can only guess.

It's not the greatest, but it does at least work... most of the time.I really can't understand the logic of some things, like, for example, the fact that current account statements are delivered to the inbox, whilst credit card statements are accessed in a completely different manner. Ot the fact that payments from a Classic Plus current account to a TSB credit card appear on the statement with "Classic Plus Account" as the payee. Or that choosing paperless statements can be so difficult in some situations. Or the impossibility of setting up multiple future payments to the same payee. I could go on. It looks as if different people designed different bits of the functionality and didn't talk to one another (or to customers!). But I've learnt to live with it. At least the staff in my local branch are pleasant and helpful. It's a pity that that branch is scheduled for closure in the autumn. To answer the original question, yes, my current account statement was produced online on 23 March, exactly on schedule.1

Yes - and then they add "This message is important and needs your attention." Because we use our TSB accounts just for saving, there is no urgency to rush online to view it. Other banks are not so secretive in their messages.
