When I called I asked if there were any other options, even a voucher for the website itself and they said no, voucher for the hotel or nothing. I called a couple of times to see if other agents would be kinder to no avail.0 -
Yes, if the hotel is open then a voucher is a good result.
If you wait until nearer the time in the hope the hotel is closed, you risk the offer being withdrawn.
