Drafty.co.uk

I don't know if I've posted this in the right section or not but I was wondering if anyone can answer the following question.
Is having a credit line with Drafty.co.uk the same as taking out a payday loan in that in future if I apply for a mortgage it will go against me.
My balance is zero and has been for a few months. I've kept the account open as I thought its better to have access to money if I ever needed again.
Cheers if anyone can help.

The history of a Payday loan, will pop up on your credit history for 6 years.
Some mortgage lenders will mind, some won't.
If you don't need the account, close it. At least that shows you have paid it off and no longer have access to it.

I agree - avoid using a short term lender if at all possible as it doesn't look good to some lenders.
