Premier Inn will not cancel my booking due to a concert being rescheduled

I think it is more my frustration because they have not been very clear on what needs to be done. 4 different people saying very different things. It does say on my confirmation email I can cancel up to one day before but I have no cancellation button when I go to the booking therefore I wouldn't be able to cancel even if this health situation wasn't happening. Hence the stupid bit. Obviously there's no connection between the hotel and the venue. I am just gonna sit on this until the end of May and see what I can do I think.mattyprice4004 said:How is it stupid? Premier Inn didn't arrange the concert, so if they re-open before the date you're booked in they don't have to do anything.
There's absolutely no link between the concert and Premier Inn; if they're still closed you'll get a refund but otherwise it's not their issue.

I'm not sure if they've relaxed the rules a bit in the current situation.0

I had a similar situation on my browser - I can't remember of I was using chrome. I opened the page up fresh in firefox and the button was there. I expect chrome had something cached that woulndn't display a new page for me.Angemill75 said:
