I wonder if anyone has applied
to the Clydesdale bank for a 3 month mortgage holiday and actually heard
anything back?? It’s been a week and a half now and I’ve emailed twice (calling
no use at all) and had nothing back what so ever? ![]()
Thanks

Hi secret-stu, I applied at the end of March and have heard nothing. I am the only one? Maybe not. I would love to hear from others if Clydesdale have replied to anyone.
I just put a post in the moneysavingsexpert forum asking a similar question, detailing my full experience so far.
I have contacted them repeatedly via their methods, which are various email address and website forms. I have also resubmitted my details as well. But yet no response. Clydesdale bank continue to take mortgage payments and yet have not even acknowledge my mortgage holiday application. I have contacted them via Twitter and the only response I have had is a general one stating they are busy at the moment. They have said they will not discuss specific details via social media and referred me to another email address. Which I have also sent multiple requests to.
All in all they have been absolutely non responsive to my application for a mortgage holiday for over a month. I am now faced with prospect of cancelling my direct debit and deliberatly missing mortgage payments.0 -
Clydesdale has breathtakingly rubbish customer service. I had huge problems with them a while back and I eventually got a reply from this person : Phil Rodgers , Team Leader, Mortgage, Executive, Wealth and Complex Complaints Team
