Claiming tax refund mobile worker

Hi I’m work from a van as an employee and never attend a fixed place of work just 4-5 properties a day then back home, I’ve been approached by a swift tax return company who tells me because I work from a van I can claim a tax break for food on the go and for washing my uniform ect,  I’ve looked online and I think I’ll ring HMRC but just thought I’d ask if anyone on here know of this being true ?

Thanks

You can certainly get something for washing your own uniform though the uniform has to be something you would not wear otherwise, it must have company logo.  Food, I've not heard of anyone claiming, though when I worked mobile we did get an allowance from employer so maybe there is something in it but you can claim these items yourself., no need for a company to do it for you.

I;m somewhat confused as to how this relates to insolvency https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/cutting-tax or https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/employment-jobseeking-training are likely to get more responses

    Do NOT pay for this.
You can fill out the tax returns yourself and takes less than 5 minutes
tax relief for employees (look that up on gov uk - i can't post links)
I do this form annually for my tax refunds on business milage and there's a tick box for uniform etc. If anyone is charging for this.  it's for the liberty of spending 5 minutes filling out a form you can do yourself
It's about £10-30 per year but you can backdate the claim for like 3-5 years i can't remember exactly
