looks like they have removed the tracker 1.08% + BOE from the intermediaries, one of the slower lenders to remove their competitive 2 year trackers.
FYI they are using Optima legals which is mainly online based portal based system. Ok so far using them"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

How long does it take solicitors to draw down the mortgage at the moment?
Is it possible to get an electronic copy of the offer to the solicitors to reduce time lag?0 -
Anyone know how long Barclays take to review Applications
Morgage was approved offered on the 20th of March off shore then went into lock down it seems they now are reviewing my case in the UK now they have all the information they need. Is it 10 working days still?0 -

I am in the same issue. We exchanged the contracts before lockdown and the seller didnt complete as they are self isolating. No one in the chain agree to the variation contract and so my solicitor issued notice and after 10 days, they couldn't complete as well. We received the funds twice adn returned back to bank. Now, the completion date is agreed but while requesting funds back from bank, they say it needs to be rekeyed. That means i can't complete on the completion day. Will i be in breach of contract? Anybody help please !!!0
