Help to buy End of financial year.

We are due to complete next week after finding alternative solicitors. However, I've now come to a standstill again as we failed to complete before the 31st of March and the developer has had to register and resubmit his forecast for the next financial year. I'm now panicking as I've just read the developers registration for help to buy and it states this ”Eligible Dwellings cannot be carried forward over into the next Financial Year.”
