I purchased a activity voucher from morrisons for  activity warehouse and can not use it for its intended purpose due to present circumstances. I have asked for refund and they have refused and said I can use it later when everything is back to normal.
Is this acceptable the company rep was condescending and couldnt care less just stated repeatly  that I could not have refund.

What are the T&Cs of the voucher? Is it for a specific period of performance (dates)?

Yes, wait until all this is over and then use the voucher.
