Hello all - you may wish to look at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation website which posts daily information / guidance for agencies. The REC is a membership organisation for recruitment agencies. As an agency worker you will not be able to access certain documents/areas of their website but there is a Corona Virus hub which you will be able to access. and it has the latest guidance/information for agencies. So it is worth looking at in case your agency fobs you off or just basically doesn't know something. I really would urge you to look at it. Thanks

- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's
- When on someone else's be it a road, a pavement, a right of way or a property there are rules. Don't assume there are none.
- "Free parking" doesn't mean free of rules. Check the rules and if you don't like them, go elsewhere
- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's and their rules apply.

I've found a facebook page for those who have found themselves stuck due to changing jobs - search "new starter furlough". Obviously not the same situation us agency employees are in buy it does prove there are holes in the system so is very much worth a read.0
