Hi there, want to start look after my finances more and clear my Paypal credit balance, as you can imagine the interest is killing me! Is there any possible way I can use a 0% balance transfer card to help clear my debt faster? Been looking through several forums and a lot of people saying I would need a money transfer card instead? Through looking at my statements I know the last four digits of my paypal credit account number, is there anyway you can find out the other digits, to be able to go the balance transfer route instead of money transferring?
