I need to make a claim for a curtailed holiday that I have now returned from. Cannot get through to the number as on hold (similar service to Easyjet).
Anyone been able to contact the claims line - all I really want is a claim form. I am not sure why they will only deal with things over the phone.....

They also have an on-line link to a claim form now, no need to even phone! Customers were sent emails yesterday with a link, though you have to drill down a couple of steps to it.
