problems with Santander business due to covid19

I have just been on the phone to Santander business for an hour with regards to my credit card. There website has no information with regards to covid19 and they are offering no support. They have just put my card on hold until early July but are adding interest each month, which I have said is less than satisfactory as I have no income at the minute. How come the government are asking banks to help us through this but Santander are offering no support at all. Would it not make sense if they cant offer support put that on the website and you wouldn’t even bother asking.

Santander have told you you don't need to make any payments for 3 months. That's the same as mortgage holidays, interest does still get added.1
