Other Household Income Question

I had a question, on basically all credit applications it asks for "other household income" and says that it could be partner's income, etc, if you live with your parents, does your parents' income count as "other household income"?

The way I look at it, would you be comfortable with your parents having to pay off debt if you borrowed on the basis of their income being available to you. For applications I would happily enter my husband's income as we are a team. I would not be impressed if my daughter put my income on any credit application as her finances are separate.

I would not include it.  It maybe relevant for a partner or spouse where living costs are shared but I would not include your parents income on your application.
