The credit voucher seems to be what they are automatically doing . hoping people will accept it.This is a reply to someone asking for a refund instead of a voucher from their ATG facebook page.

just a up date after receiving an answer form silverfairy i have called the customer service 0333 009 6690 they will process a refund but it can take upto 28 days thanks 😊1
