Storage facilities

my personal belongings have been in storage whilst I am home hunting. The company following government guidelines have stopped access to the units for the time being. Are they still able to charge the monthly fee with no staff being there and no access? Thank you

Presume the charge is for Storage and will depend upon your contract .

As above, the fee is for them safely storing your items not for having staff there nor allowing you access. I would assume that even with no staff on site there will be a contact email that is being checked so you could always get in touch with them if needed. Do you actually need to access the site or are you just looking for a way to get a discount or to get out of paying?0
