It's nothing, as expected. DVLA always fob people off unless there is something very unusual about what parking firms are doing, like putting up signs for a photo then removing them, or faking times on photos.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi again, i have noticed tht PCM meant to use signs marked with yellow X on site, however following obtaining photographs, it is clear that they are using different signs. Surely this is breach of contract with landowner and....0
