Loft conversion

Hello, it's my first post, we are foster carers for Birmingham city council, we have two long term placements both autistic and the youngest one also has cerebral palsy, plus we also have a third short term placement but with the lockdown we have no idea how long he will be with us. We were hoping to have a loft conversion to enable one of the autistic boys to have his own room( they currently share, gets dramatic at times!) My question is, are there any grants available to help with the cost?
