I'm paying for premier sports and I have tried to pause my subscription but it says their offices are closed.
Where do i stand

Send them an email , it will be date stamped with the date you contacted  , use that as evidence down the line

Im in the same boat and can't get any response form them - as i the money is taken off my credit card can i do a "chargeback" thro the Bank ?

Channel still works I bet, just that no live sport.
