How to find out which existing card is indirectly linked to Santander or Barclaycard?

Looking for some help on moving CC.
I currently have a range of accounts and cards; generally opening and moving amounts to get the best rates.
I have 3 credit cards - a Virgin Money 0% balance transfer (8k balance, 9.9k limit, 24 months remaining at 0%), a Barclaycard 0% balance transfer (3.5k balance, 8.6k limit, 6 months remaining at 0%), and a TSB card (£500 balance, 4.7k limit). I have 3 TSB current accounts, an HSBC account, and 2 Nationwide accounts. The HSBC one has no balance, it is required in order to pay into a specific type of ISA I have with them. The others all have balances of between £1k and 3.5k, and are paying various rates of interest up to a certain balance. Basically I keep a bit of debt on 0% cards but gain interest on high street current accounts when they have offers.
My earnings are above 70k, good credit rating, never had any issues getting cards etc, never missed any payments.

The TSB card was my 'rewards' card as it gave Avios points, but that
ended in December. I would like to move to a new one. I'm eligible for
lots of American Express options, but I'd prefer one that was
Visa/Mastercard as more stores will accept it. Also many will offer
either cashback or Avios points as well as a brief 0% period. I could
conceivably pay off maybe a third of the Barclaycard balance then
replace both that and the TSB card, with a replacement rewards card.
However through 2 different comparison sites, despite there being great options with Santander and Barclaycard, I'm ineligble for both. Given my credit rating and income I'm presuming this is actually because I already hold a card with that company. The Barclaycard one is obvious, but are any of my existing cards from a company that is owned or linked to Santander?
Also why wouldn't Barclaycard prefer to keep me longer-term as a customer? Yeah I already have a card with them, but if they don't let me transfer to a new one with them (one I'm more likely to keep long-term given the rewards), I'll just leave entirely...

Thanks - although that looks like not helping me solve my mystery! Santander only really linked there to MBNA. I have had one of their cards in the past, maybe 2-3 years ago, but surely that shouldn't prevent me getting a Santander card now?
Or, if you move enough times, do you run out of companies to switch to if they only give offers to people who have never been a customer before?

MBNA are owned by Lloyds. I may be wrong, but I have no recollection of them ever being owned by Santander either.ike2112 said:D_M_E said:credit-cards/guides/who-owns-your-credit-card/

Those checkers aren't always accurate, it's not necessarily anything to do with them thinking you have a card with them already. Santander and Barclays have their own eligibility checkers - have you tried them?0 -

Barclaycard just linked to Barclaycard. So actually still no idea why I can't get a Santander card. I appear to be eligible for absolutely tons of other cards, balance transfers with great terms etc, AMEX rewards cards with or without fees, Avios cards etc. Just not the two ones I'd actually prefer to have!0 -
Go on the Santander website and run through their eligibility checker rather than going through a comparison site.
