Cruise Package Refund

I booked a Transatlantic cruise package from NewYork with flight one way from london to New York.
As we are all aware FCO cancelled all but essential travel to the USA for 30 days. My flight and cruise are now cancelled.
My Cruise agent Planet/Iglu Cruise who I purchased the full package from have only said that they might refund only the cruise part and not the flight with American Airlines as they purchased it through another agent. They have said I can only get a credit until 31st July.
Surely I am entitled to a full refund?
If so how do I get it? Please help
