Holiday in June should we cancel?

Hi we booked a holiday in Florida for June. We booked everything separately and flights were paid by credit card. Our final payment for the Villa is due next week and the owner will not defer payment to end of April to see if flights will definitely go ahead. If we pay for this would we get our money back if flights are cancelled or would insurance say we shouldn't have paid in first place? So far Virgin Atlantic are still saying our flights are going. Help please.

You may not get many answers as you're in the gardening bit of the forum.
You probably need to check the terms of your insurance to see what it says about travel disruption.
