Working as a nanny

Hi I work as a nanny. The family I work for are both teachers( key workers) one is now working from home full time. They also have a 12 year old son who is type 1 diabetic. I’m not allowed to take my own son due to current virus. I have offered to go into work but only when they need to do their job. Is this wrong? I’m also a carer for my mum too ( aged71 with lots of medical issues). Where do I stand with being paid too. Government say I can work but have to practice social distancing but can’t do that as other children are 2 yr old twins. Please help
thanks in advance
Toni
