Most users on here are domestic, but the underlying issues are the same. Was the 350-400 for metered consumption?  Same question for new supplier?
If the answers are Yes, then presumably you signed up to a new supplier charging two and a half times what you were paying? You might consider taking legal advice but it looks as if you willingly signed up without doing any checks or research?

Give us the unit rate and standing charge from Edf and YGP and your annual consumption and we can comment further but as a business you do not get the protection that domestic customers do.
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

Read whatever contract you have signed and see what the cancellation terms really are.
Also pay close attention to who provided you with what information.
Odds are 'ecosave' were acting as an introducer for a fee, in which case you will probably find very little in writing from them containing any specific representations about savings, and the documentation from Yorkshire will probably have nothing inaccurate about their costs and T&C including the termination fee / minimum contract period, but sadly it seems you didn't check the numbers correctly and didn't read the contract properly before signing...
Time to talk to a lawyer and see if they can spot a way out for you...

Take it as a lesson for the future that if someone phones you up and tells you that they can save you money, then they are lying.  Hang up on them.  It doesn't matter what they are selling, it will be over-priced and will lock you into a long contract.
Small businesses are like a magnet for scammers.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

You only save money when you do your own sums using your own consumption data, checking the tariff that you've been offered and can work out exactly how much you will pay. A comparison site or agent may point you in the right direction but you have to make your own decision.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers
