Hello just wondering if anyone can help with some advice? We were meant to go and see queen in concert in June. This morning they have changed the dates to next year due to the Coronavirus. We had a apartment booked so we could spend time up in London. It was booked through booking.com and according to their rules as the event has been changed and not cancelled we will lose our money! £500! There was four of us going. The amount was paid on a credit card. We are quite happy for the booking to be moved to next year, we just don’t want lose the money. Can anyone help?

Unfortunately I wasn’t the one that booked it at the time but we think it says non refundable. But we just want to move it to next year.0

Booking.com has the option of requesting a free cancellation. I've used it successfully to cancel a none refundable booking for a hotel I had in NYC next month. They send your request to the hotel, and its for them to decide. Its a long wait for the refund however, two weeks so far - I've been assured its on its way.0
