Natwest Loan Advice

With all this going on at the moment, we have applied for the mortgage holiday from natwest which we are waiting to hear back from. We also have a loan with them, and does anyone know if they offer help on this also without impacting anything? I have tried to contact them, but with what is going on i cannot get through.

Yes NatWest & RBS offer up to 3 month reduced payments on PL. They allow you to make a reduced payment minimum £1 or more instead of your usual full direct debit for up to 3 months. If any you need to apply for this easiest way is to do it on mobile app. Load up app. Then Help / Message Us and at that point key in CoronaVirus Loan and click Send. It then talks you through your options and submits your request. You get confirmation with a day or two1
