Zero hours + sickness + covid 19

I worked for an employment agency from the middle of October till 23rd of December full time on a zero hours contract.  I had surgery on 3rd Jan and have been on SSP up to 27th March.  My sick note has now run out and I'm ready to go back to work.  I drive an HGV so am classed as essential but cannot get any work. If anything,  what would I be able to claim during this crisis if I can't find employment?
Thanks
