Eurostar - refund if travelling from Ebbsfleet?

I'm booked to travel to and from Paris on Eurostar from Ebbsfleet in a few days' time. The email I've had from Eurostar says that I can travel from St Pancras instead, or that I can claim a voucher to rebook for a later date (neither of which I ideally want to do). I think that if my trains are actually cancelled then I can claim a refund instead. But what if the train is still running but not from Ebbsfleet - can I claim a refund on the basis that the train is not departing from or returning to the original destination (which is where I've got my parking booked!)? Thanks for your help.
