Hi my current employer is and agency thru this I have been in the same work place for 3+years i got told as of 20th march that there would be no work due to the virus meaning they were laying me off as of virus. Do I have any rights to help as of 80percent pay or am I left to fend for myself and claim

The Agency is your employer, not the place where you have worked.
The agency would need to agree to furlough you. I am yet to see an agency furlough any employee as of yet. You are likely in a position where you will need to claim UC.GETTING BACK ON TRACK (SLOWLY)
