Need help with calculations regarding self employment grant

Can anybody help me. From my understanding the 80% self employment grant will be a average of your profits from the last 3 tax years. 3 years of profits will be added together then divided by 3 then HMRC will decide a monthly figure. For example if your profits for 3 years were £28000 what monthly figure would I be expecting. Thank you

If you mean your total trading profits from self employment from 2016/17 to 2018/19 were £28,000, your total grant for 3 months (assuming you meet the eligibility criteria) would be 3/36 x £28,000 = £2,333.0
