I am at the end of my tether, I'm trying to contact barclays and have been on hold for a over an hour they try to direct you to the contact page on their website but there is no email to contact them and they keep directing me back to the same number as before. Having read the reviews on trust pilot I have lost all confidence in the service they provide. It is appalling that any financial institution is allowed to take advantage of a situation like this which is causing a lot of distress to people. I am furious. To add insult to injury they texted me whilst I was on hold to them outlining their intentions to take my balloon payment for a car that I am having to return at the end of its term as I cannot afford to have a new deal. I know it's no comfort, but they will be swamped at the moment. You will just have to keep trying.

I was on hold for over four hours for two days running.... Just set your phone on charge by you and carry on with things.
