POST OFFICE CARD ACCOUNT

Hi my father has a post office card account, and has set in motion to have it paid into his bank, but because of this recent crisis it's going to take a long time to happen, so, his money is in his post office card account, we are both on complete lockdown, due to both of having medical issues, we have no family that live near us, they are all 80 miles away, there are no neighbours to ask as they too are all in a vulnerable age group with varying degrees of illness themselves, so how do we access his money at the post office?, my savings will not support us both (we live together) for 12 weeks and my eyeballs are starting to sweat!, does anyone know how we can get his money transferred maybe across to his bank via post office?, I do not want to nominate a complete stranger to walk around with access and pin to his pension account nor do I want to go out either as I have an immune deficiency so I am going round in circles and am about 2 days away from eating the wallpaper, anyone have any clue what to do?
