    Day 1 yesterday: I'm conscious that I left the flat once last Friday to go to !celand for a couple of things and put out the bins and recycling twice. So I've been out for 30 minutes in total. Not worried yet.

    This month I'm going for 15 NSDs. Also I aim to take cash out of the machine twice this month, (except for emergencies). As I've only two face to face appointments booked for this month but I expect they will be phone calls instead and nowhere else to go.
    This money saved can provide a buffer in my bank account.
